It means that it resists a pressure of 20 BAR. You cannot dive with it down to 200 meters, for that you need a watch marked with diver’s 200 m. The marking of water resistence is standardised: ISO 2281 (ISO 6425 for the diver watches).

What does water resistant to 200 meters mean? Like, 200 meters down? Wouldn’t that be in pressure? Maybe they mean liters. After 200 liters of water poured on it it goes kaput.
