I've worn G-Shocks since October 1988
My original one that I got in '88 still works on the same battery...but the band and plastic outer casing started falling off around 1995 and I had to replace it in 1998...that one got chewed up by a dog & thrown out...the one I replaced it with had battery issues & now I'm on my 4th, which is solar-atomic.

• i still have my first g-shock got it in 1985 still runs awsome only had to repace battery and band , the bazel is starting to crack but i all ready have a replacement for it.
